Rules and Regulations

REGULATIONS OF THE CHARITY RUN

1. The event entitled “International Charity Run” is organized by Big Day Event Piotr Nawrot
   on behalf of Rotary Club Warszawa Goethe.
2. The event will take place on May 28, 2023, from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm.
3. The event is intended for children aged 3 to 18, divided into age categories: 3-4; 5-6; 7-8; 9-10; 11-12; 13-15; 16-18 years old.
4. The event is of a charitable nature. All funds received from participants will be donated in full to charitable purposes designated by the Foundation.
5. A child may take part in the event only after the child is registered by the parent
6. or legal guardian and after collecting the Starter Pack on the day of the event.
7. Registration should be made online no later than May 10, 2023.
8. The confirmation of registration is the e-mail received, as well as proof of payment for charity.
9. When collecting the Starter Pack, the parent or legal guardian is obliged to sign a statement that he has read the regulations of the “International Charity Run” and that the registered child participates in it at his own risk.
10. At the same time, he declares that he will not bring any complaints arising from any damage to his child’s health, and consents to the processing of personal data and the child’s image for the needs related to the organization and promotion of the event.
11. Parents / legal guardians are fully responsible for their children’s behavior during the event.
12. Parents / legal guardians are responsible for damage caused by their children.
13. Participants can use all the proposed attractions during the event, considering the age division.
14. Participants of the games must follow the instructions of the organizer and animators.
15. Dogs must be kept on a leash and muzzled in the event area.
16. Dogs are not allowed in the running zone.
17. Bringing alcoholic beverages and dangerous items into the event area is not allowed.
18. The organizer reserves the right to ask the participant to leave the event area due to non-compliance with the rules and/or instructions of the organizer and/or animator.
19. Participants are required to read the regulations.
20. Participation in the “International Charity Run” means acceptance of the rules and regulations of the event.

REGULAMIN BIEGU CHARYTATYWNEGO „INTERNATIONAL CHARITY RUN”

1. Wydarzenie pn. „International Charity Run” organizowane jest przez firmę Big Day Event Piotr Nawrot an zlecenie Rotary Club Warszawa Goethe.
2. Wydarzenie odbędzie się w dniu 28.05.2023 w godzinach 9.00 – 19.00.
3. Wydarzenie przeznaczone jest dla dzieci w wieku od 3 do 18 lat z podziałem na kategorie wiekowe: 3-4; 5-6; 7-8; 9-10; 11-12; 13-15; 16-18 rok życia.
4. Wydarzenie ma charakter charytatywny. Wszystkie środki otrzymane od uczestników zostaną w całości przekazane na wyznaczone przez Fundację cele dobroczynne.
5. Dziecko może wziąć udział w wydarzeniu wyłącznie po rejestracji dziecka przez rodzica lub opiekuna prawnego oraz po odebraniu Pakietu Startowego w dniu wydarzenia.
6. Rejestracji należy dokonać online nie później niż do dnia 10.05.2023 r. Potwierdzeniem rejestracji jest otrzymany e-mail, a także dowód wpłaty na cele charytatywne.
7. Podczas odbioru Pakietu Startowego rodzic lub opiekun prawny zobowiązany jest podpisać oświadczenie iż zapoznał się z regulaminem „International Charity Run” oraz, że zgłoszone dziecko bierze udział w nim na jego odpowiedzialność. Jednocześnie oświadcza że nie będzie wnosić żadnych skarg wynikających z ewentualnego uszczerbku na zdrowiu jego dziecka, oraz wyraża zgodę an przetwarzanie danych osobowych oraz wizerunku dziecka dla potrzeb związanych z organizacją i promocją wydarzenia.
8. Rodzice / prawni opiekunowie ponoszą pełną odpowiedzialność za zachowanie swoich dzieci podczas wydarzenia.
9. Rodzice / prawni opiekunowie odpowiadają za szkody wyrządzone przez ich dzieci.
10. Uczestnicy mogą korzystać ze wszystkich proponowanych atrakcji podczas wydarzenia z uwzględnieniem podziału wiekowego.
11. Uczestnicy zabaw muszą przestrzegać poleceń organizatora i animatorów.
12. Na terenie wydarzenia psy należy prowadzić na smyczy i w kagańcu. Wprowadzanie psów do strefy biegowej jest zabronione.
13. Wnoszenie napoi alkoholowych i niebezpiecznych przedmiotów na teren wydarzenia jest niedozwolone.
14. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do wyproszenia uczestnika z terenu wydarzenia z powodu nieprzestrzegania regulaminu i/ lub instrukcji organizatora i/ lub animatora.
15. Uczestnicy zobowiązani są zapoznać się z regulaminem.
16. Udział w „International Charity Run” oznacza akceptację zasad i przepisów wydarzenia.
